Position : System Analyst

Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 7,000

Location : Damansara Uptown

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job summary

To lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and business processes. You will serve as a strategic partner across departments, guiding system improvements, ensuring solution alignment with business goals, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibility

Lead end-to-end analysis and re-engineering of business processes and system workflows.

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Design and oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Develop and review functional specifications, business cases, and technical documentation.

Supervise or mentor junior system analysts and contribute to team development and best practices.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.

Conduct detailed impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed system changes.

Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.

Ensure compliance with data security policies, industry regulations, and IT governance standards.

Continuously monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a senior/lead role.

Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms).

Advanced proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and system documentation.

Solid understanding of databases (e.g., SQL), APIs, and integration technologies.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
