Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Business Intern to support our technology, operations, and sales teams. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with exposure to digital tools, internal systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and technical support during the sales process. Help maintain and update database systems, sales documentation, and customer records. Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and business development efforts. Support the development and implementation of reports and presentations. Assist with training sessions at the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence. Participate in team meetings, document action items, and track project progress.

Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology, systems, and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bilingual (Bahasa & English)

Internship Details:Duration: 6 months Location: BlackBerry Technology Offices in Q Sentral & BlackBerry Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Cyberjaya
