The Customer Service and Sales Executive interns are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and processing orders. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability Process customer orders and ensure that they are accurately and efficiently fulfilled Upsell products and services to customers as appropriate Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience Document customer interactions and actions taken in our customer relationship management system Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency with computers and relevant software programs Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Customer-focused attitude and dedication to providing excellent service This is an education tech start-up company and the room to learn and grow with the company is huge. We focus on the attitude of the interns with the heart to learn and excel in the tasks that they do to meet set goals and objectives. Interns have the opportunity to be hired upon graduation. This internship attachment comes with a monthly allowance based of RM500-600 per month.
