General Responsibilities
Support team in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Perform Microsoft/Office 365 administration include Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, Security & Compliance and etc.
Perform desktop management support within its framework and implementation road maps, in-line with global standards
Prepare and perform desktop refresh deployments and implementation in accordance with IT standards/strategies/road maps
Work and coordinate tasks with global/local desktop management vendors to ensure compliance and support in a controlled manner
Communicate user needs, priorities and customer satisfaction
Provide technical guidance to other Digital Workplace personnel
Keep abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent;
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge in IT environment and solutions such as Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, DNS, Group Policy, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Strong ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in multiple stakeholders;
Able to start internship in May, June or July. Duration of internship preferably minimum 3 months to 6 months.
Willing to work in TTDI area.
