As an intern, you will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You will play a key role in building our company\'s e-commerce operations. This is an internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months. You should be able to commit on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist e-commerce operations team to manage online operations:

• Product onboarding

• Assist with stocktake and phone testing through internal software
• Shoot and measure merchandise
• Edit product images post photoshoots
• Upload products online
• Order fulfillment

• Process, prepare and pack orders
• Coordinate well with logistics partners to ensure delivery services are performed efficiently
• Support self collection service whenever necessary
• Warehouse Inventory Management
• Supporting customer online enquiries
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office and Gsuite
• Highly organized and has good time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good work ethic and willing to learn

Additional Information

• $1,000 monthly allowance
• Paid leave: 14 days prorated to the duration of internship
