• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with an online audience effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during live events.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about e-commerce and digital engagement.
• Prior experience in customer service, social media, or content moderation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist live hosts in setting up and running live-streamed sales events.
• Moderate and respond to audience comments and inquiries during live sessions.
• Track and manage product inventory during live sessions, ensuring accuracy.
• Help update and organize product information and images on our online platform.
• Support in preparing reports on live event performance, tracking engagement, and sales metrics.
• Engage with the audience to create a welcoming, interactive, and professional experience.
• Conduct routine administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining customer records.
• Provide feedback on audience trends and suggest improvements for future events.
