Bhd.OrganizationRegional HubsBusiness UnitAsia PacificFull / Part timeFull-timeExperience LevelStudent (Not Yet Graduated)A Snapshot of Your DayAs an internship trainee in the business development department, your tasks would include data collection, consolidation, and cleaning up of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entries through SalesForce tool, ensuring best-in-class Business Development management for Key Account and Go-To-Market verticals. Your contributions are instrumental in ensuring deep market knowledge & opportunity transparencies for the Key Account and Go-To-Market verticals. The role offers a mix of learning opportunities and practical experience, providing you exposures for a future career within energy industry.How You\'ll Make an Impact

  • Extract, transform, and load raw data from various internal sources in preparation for analysis
  • Support interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data
  • Support decision-making with clear and engaging data visualizations
  • Execute data quality improvement and data preparation processes especially in SalesForce
  • Identification of bottlenecks and optimization potentials
  • Support development of Business Development intranet sites and content
  • Any other assignments as required
What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in an A-Level or Diploma or Bachelor\'s program in Engineering, or a related field
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a multidisciplinary team
  • Proactive attitude to take initiative, strive to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced English language skills
About the TeamThe team is responsible for the development of the Key Account and Go-to-Market Verticals not only in Malaysia but also globally, through collaboration with the Regional Hubs and Business Areas. We generate business opportunities leveraged from customer\'s needs and Siemens Energy portfolio. We ensure customer\'s needs are served by coordinating with internal stakeholders (Business Areas) in Siemens Energy.
