Job Description
:
- Support of Logistics and Shipping
- Support for quote and commercial / sales
- Maintain 100% compliance of in country and overseas regulatory requirements.
- Ensure quality conformance before shipping
- On time and accuracy of tool fulfillment report preparation and submission
- Comprehend customer requirement and make appropriate recommendations and proposal
- Ability to work independently with good discipline and positive work attitude
- Build positive relationship with customers
- Follow all company's procedure and reporting protocol
- Work closely with internal quote and customer service team / customer /Logistics and end user to update rate and shipment progress.
- Bachelor Degree in any field from a reputable and recognized University (CGPA: 3.0 and above/equivalent). Intake for Nov 2025 onwards.
- Highly motivated, team oriented and able to work independently.
- Possess initiative and good analytical ability.
- Required language: English.
- Required skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills, endless drive & energy to learn with the ability to adapt to new environment.
- Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
- This internship location is at USJ 25, Subang Jaya.
