Key Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Support end-users in setting up and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and update software applications as instructed. Help maintain IT inventory records, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories. Support the IT team in routine maintenance tasks such as data backup, system updates, and network monitoring. Assist in managing user accounts, password resets, and access rights under supervision. Participate in IT documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and asset tagging. Provide on-site and remote technical support for staff. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking fundamentals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Able to work independently with guidance from the IT team.
