Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks and documentation
Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and coordination
Handle data entry, filing, and basic reporting
Communicate with clients and internal teams as required
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree (any relevant field)
Good command of English, both written and spoken (able to read, write, and communicate clearly)
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Willingness to learn, responsible, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
