Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for assisting the Project team to ensure timely, cost effective and quality delivery of the projects.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Monitor daily work at the construction site, ensure that all activities meet budget and cash flow requirements.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, risk assessment & documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Carries out other related duties instruct by supervisor as required.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to plan and organize work, attention to detail.
- Internship position(s) for duration of 3 or 6 month(s).
Contract length: 3 months Salary: RM500.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- D (Preferred)
