Assists in product development and production scale up along with daily execution of R&D related lab activities.
Evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements.
Coordinate or involve in production trial run
Conduct the shelf life tests and compile the data.
Maintain and update R&D documentation.
Develop and communicate recipes that are operationally executable.
Support the culinary team in all aspects of the day to day workings of the culinary center.
Explore new and exciting culinary techniques and presentations.
Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for executional replication.
Accurately document recipes and methods of preparation.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Technology / Science & Nutrition / Culinary Arts or equivalent.
