Job Description
RTM Station
? To assist RTM supervisor coaching and training to staff/drivers
? All parcels are routed accordingly to drivers/riders
? To assist Supervisor in daily tasks
? Parcel routing and Route Inbound are done according to SOP daily
? All parcels are accounted for.
? Ensuring all parcels are scanned daily.
? To ensure no parcels are left unattended after push out
? Assist Supervisor in 5S implementation
RTM HQ
? To assist Admin make daily checking attendance and route drivers/ riders.
? To assist CSM in verifying driver's POD validity daily.
? To assist CSM in handling RDO.
? Collect documents for RTM Department at Warehouse.
? Other additional tasks as instructed.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in logistics field related to logistics.
- 3 - 6 months of internship.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; strong team player.
- An independent performer, he/she must be motivated and resilient, with an ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver even under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
