Collecting and validating data (e.g. organization and employee data, cash/benefit data, strategy documents) for benchmarking and various analysis
Conducting/developing desk research, interview, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution designs in Organization Design, Workforce Analytics, or Talent/Career Management project
Using various scenarios to forecast the workforce requirement and future organization capabilities
Supporting survey administration as required
Supporting rewards design solution development
Being involved in other interesting projects such as merger acquisition or change management.
The Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business/Management/Industrial Engineering/Sciences/Psychology are preferable; Master Degree is a plus
Previous experience in Rewards / Compensation and Benefits is preferred
Previous consulting experience is a plus
Good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and keen interest in pursuing long-term career in Human Resources Consulting
Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
Strong knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and other data analytics programs
Strong English Language skill, both oral and written
