Good command (Verbal & written) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to write email professionally.
Able to plan well, work independently, prioritise job and hold responsibility even under pressure and during time crunch.
Able to communicate well and get along with colleagues. Not necessarily has to be great talker but clear communication with colleagues, customers or suppliers etc is important.
Very detailed oriented and team player.
Able to perform repetitive jobs regularly.
Have passion, enthusiasm and understanding for FMCG is a plus point
Computer literate and numerate.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Responsibility
Handling orders and shipments processing including import, export & local shipments arrangement and documentation e.g: packing list, pro-forma invoice, customs forms, health certificate, and certificate of origin etc.
Coordinate with forwarding agents for shipment booking and preparation of shipping documents, as well as a logistics company for transportations arrangements.
Process shipments order in a timely manner.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse, custom officers etc for export orders
perform and update data in excel from time to time
Basic admin job e.g: ad hoc duties like update GST
