Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Prepare simple dishes or components as instructed by senior kitchen staff.
2. Kitchen Operations Assistance
Support daily kitchen operations during service hours.
Assist in plating and presentation of food under supervision.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
4. Stock & Storage Support
Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies (FIFO).
Help monitor ingredient usage and report shortages.
5. Learning & Compliance
Follow kitchen SOPs, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
Actively learn kitchen skills, recipes, and operational standards.
Requirements
Student or fresh graduate in
Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene is an advantage.
Willing to learn, positive attitude, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
