We are currently seeking a Intern - Compensation & Benefits to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Successful candidate would be employed on 6 months internship. (Please mention internship start date, end date and duration on your resume) About The Job To provide support to the Area C&B manager on all C&B related activities. Main Accountabilities During contract execution Main Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure all related C&B matters are being addressed and resolve. Actively participated in brain storming session. Key tasks: Preparation and presenting slides related to C&B to internal stake holders in providing the solutions. About You Must Have : Degree in Business, Economic, with CGPA more than 3.33. Good to Have : Quick strategic and operationalize thinking, good presentation skills, analytic skills - number crunching using excel spreadsheet, and fast learner.
