Asist in supporting security systems, including CCTV, access card, and alarm/intruder systems -- assisting in backup, monitoring, inventory management, and troubleshooting. Attend vendors' appointments during the event of troubleshoot, repair or services.
Support customers and other departments in administrative tasks such as handling stationeries and pantry supplies.
Assist and support the Automated Visitor Registration System (AVRF) whenever needed.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to ensure order.
Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches (if any).
Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
Any other duties as and when instructed by the Reporting Officer or the Senior Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any related field, preferably in Security Management or Business Administration.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate with working experience will be an added advantage.
Good to have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
Fast learner with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies professionally.
Willing to travel when necessary.
Minimum 6-month internship duration
