Internship For Information Technology Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibility Installation, troubleshoot and configure of PC, Notebooks, Printers, Scanners hardware components. Installation, troubleshoot and configure of Microsoft Window Operating system and Microsoft applications in the Desktop and Notebook. Installation and troubleshoot anti-virus software, patches and hot-fixes for MS or other applications. Data analysis. Creation of new pc image, support deployment and software agents Perform any other ad-hoc activities as and when required by the Superior or Manager Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities; Emulating or reproducing technical problems encountered by users; Consulting user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions; Assisting applications programmers, systems developers and other ICT professionals to develop and test ICT products and services. Job Requirements Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven. Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Computer literate and numerate. Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good attitude and responsible character. Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
