Operational Support: Assist in coordinating transportation schedules, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Data Management: Maintain and update transportation records, route plans, and delivery statuses in relevant systems.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate with the customer service team to address client inquiries and ensure excellent service.
Reporting: Prepare reports on transportation performance, including KPIs like delivery times, costs, and route optimization.
