About You
At CARSOME, we strive for operational efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in managing our vehicle inventory and system updates. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of daily tasks to ensure no vehicle is missed during operational system changes. You will serve as a critical link between daily operational status and the Product Team, ensuring all system-related vehicle issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
Your Day-To-Day
- Monitor and track cars arranged offline to ensure no vehicle is missed due to movements without system updates.
- Follow up and monitor car arrangements after arrival, and perform necessary updates once the underlying system issue is fixed by the Product team.
- Escalate relevant stakeholders for any cars pending completion, ensuring all tasks are closed on the same day.
- Prepare a daily report summarizing total pending tasks and key action taken.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets for reporting.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation and a focus on task completion.
