About the Job/Position: We\'re currently seeking an intern for the role of Operations Assistant, responsible for providing support across various operational functions in a startup setting. This involves aiding in day-to-day tasks. The Operations Assistant Intern will be actively involved in supporting diverse operational functions, assisting with daily tasks and working closely with different teams. This opportunity provides valuable work experience and exposure to various aspects of our organization. What you will be doing/s:
  • Perform tasks such as filing, photocopying, researching, and data compilation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls.
  • Update databases and spreadsheets with new and existing employee information, customer data, etc.
  • Update and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal information in the system.
  • Prepare reports as requested by superiors.
  • Ensure office supplies are sufficient and stored properly.
  • Maintain a proper filing system, ensuring timely filing of documents.
  • Manage general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other operational files.
  • Provide general operational support, including technical reports, client coordination, data entry, and updates.
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions on customer requests.
  • Deploy and apply all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
  • Work independently and contribute to the team effort as needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc activities assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Certificate/Degree in the related field.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Puncak Jalil/Sri Petaling.
  • Possess a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Prefer candidates who can commit two months and above.
  • Open to December 2023/January 2024 intake.
