The Food & Beverage Intern will assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, cafe, and banquet service. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer service, order taking, food serving, and maintaining the overall guest dining experience according to hotel standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and clearing restaurant tables, buffets, and function rooms.
Welcome and seat guests professionally and courteously.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed.
Support team members during peak service hours.
Comply with hotel hygiene and safety policies (HACCP standards).
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service.
Assist in preparation and service of special events or banquets.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a passion for service.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
