INTERPRETER SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATORS (CHINESE / MANDARIN - ENGLISH) ONSITE - EXPO / MITEC KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

We are seeking professional simultaneous translators to provide high-quality Chinese to English interpretation for a global event at MITEC. This is a temporary, onsite assignment for two specific dates during the EXPO. Kompleks MITEC, No. 8, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Dates: November 11 - November 12, 2025

Key Responsibilities

Perform simultaneous interpretation during conference sessions and throughout the event

Use the company-provided translation equipment.

Coordinate with event organizers to ensure a smooth flow of interpretation.

Maintain professional and neutral communication at all times.

Requirements

Mandarin Chinese speaker with native-level proficiency and excellent command of English

Simultaneous translation experience is a must.

Must reside in Malaysia and be available onsite at MITEC on Nov 11 & 12, 2025.

Working Hours

Tuesday, Nov 11: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM / Wednesday, Nov 12: 8:45 AM - 11:00 PM (Break: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

What We Offer

Temporary remuneration for the two days, 500 USD. The offered rate is within the stated range and open to discussion based on experience and qualifications

Translation equipment will be provided.
