Inventory & Logistics Executive
Job Description
:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of raw slabs, fabricated components, adhesives, and installation accessories
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor inventory turnover and coordinate replenishment with procurement and sales teams
Implement and maintain system for inventory tracking
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of premium surface material(e.g.,HIMACS, COMPAC, GANI)
Logistics Coordination
Plan and manage inbound shipments from suppliers and outbound deliveries to project sites.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for timely and compliant movement of goods.
Prepare and verify shipping documents including delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and permits.
Track delivery performance and resolve transportation issues.
Coordinate with project managers to align deliveries with installation schedules.
Warehouse Operations
Supervise warehouse and yard teams to ensure safe and efficient handling of heavy slabs and fabricated pieces
Maintain organized storage systems for different material types and project batches
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards and company SOPs
Support fabrication team with timely material availability and movement
