WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Handling all investigation matters for the company and AIA affiliates in Malaysia, which is:
i. AIA Bhd
ii. AIA Public Takaful Bhd
iii. AIA Health Services Sdn Bhd
iv. AIA General Berhad
v. AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn Bhd (APAM)

  • Handling medical and claims fraud investigation cases with the HOD.
  • Handling major / priority fraud investigation cases with the HOD.
  • Provide job guidance to the medical fraud claims team in relation to detection and prevention of fraudulent medical claims and corrective measures to be taken to reduce incidents.
  • Handling and ensuring the security of all company owned and occupational buildings of the following companies in Malaysia i.e. AIA Bhd, AIA Public Takaful Bhd, AIA Health Services Sdn Bhd, AIA General Berhad, APAM.
  • Ensuring that the physical property, employees, customers and occupants, visitors of AIA owned and occupied buildings are secured and protected which shall include managing the security guards and officers, card access into AIA owned and occupied buildings and monitoring the (CCTV and dcam) surveillance system internally or externally.
  • Identify the weakness of current control process and recommend enhancements on internal security / building management.
  • To provide timely and quality reporting to the relevant management committees and acting on feedback / follow up actions arising from such meetings / committees.
  • Timely regulatory and group reporting on fraud and security.
Job Requirements
  • Work Experience: At least 10 years of working experience in Legal related field or equivalent.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Understanding the nature of business.
  • Have a flair for active listening and evidence gathering.
  • Must have sound knowledge of relevant Laws and Regulations.
