Job Description


Familiar with autocount system will be added advantage To process and coordinate daily sales order and responsible in day-to-day input activities including S.O, D.O and sales invoices key in. Attending to phone calls & emails (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone ordering, customer enquiry etc.). Liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order. To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filling system, documentation and records. Taking and handling customers order. To complete daily order fulfilment in terms of order arrangement, picking and packing. Able to meet tight deadline. Assist in the coordination of delivery. Assist any ad hoc task instructed by company/management. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multitasking \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate \xe2\x80\xa2 Billing and Invoicing knowledge is required and will be added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Age below 40 years old
