THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SINGAPORE We are looking for a IoT Operations Engineer to join our Singapore HQ to manage and deliver projects to clients. The IoT Operations Engineer works with the General Manager and Lead Engineer to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and clients\' requirements are fulfilled. Konbini builds IoT-powered Unmanned technology solutions for a wide range of sectors spanning Industrial, Institutional, Government & Food Services industries. We are a regional team specialising in software development, systems integration and smart machine development. you can view our website at https://konbitech.com Our clients include MHA, Singapore Army, IKEA, Lenovo, Unilever, CPRam, ISS, Sodexo, amongst others. You will manage each project and ensures client requirements, potential bugs or issues faced are conveyed to the development team and Manager. Job Responsibilities:

• Set deadlines and manage timeline progress with the Manager for each Project
• Work with software development team, technicians & vendors to ensure all required work is delivered in a timely manner. This will include a mix of Hardware and Software products.
• Prepare operations manuals, documents including training clients on product usage
• Ensure client requirements or feedback, project issues are reported and escalated
• Conduct in-office and onsite testing with technician on deliverable products and other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent. Preference for Engineering or IT-related disciplines.
• Meticulous and detail oriented (extremely important!)
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Experience with Project Management tools (we use Asana and Google Calendar)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or strong internship references
• Fresh Grads welcomed
• Excellent communication skills with strong time management, multi-tasking skills
• Technical and electrical skills an added bonus!
