Manage inbound communications via telephone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
Escalate customer issues to the reporting superior or relevant department when necessary.
Provide accurate information and assistance on travel-related inquiries, including pricing, departure date availability, and itineraries.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in using computers and related software applications; tech-savvy.
Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
