Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information on travel-related matters such as pricing, itineraries, and availability.
Escalate issues to the reporting superior or relevant department when necessary.
Requirements
Excellent command of
English
(spoken & written).
Computer literate and tech-savvy.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).
Others
8 days of annual leave upon successful completion of the probation period.
