1. Experience is electrical commodity ie PCB, Passive component and semi-conductor devices.
2. Participate in MRB meeting and verify Line Fall Out defect highlighted by operation.
3. Send FA sample to supplier, receive and review supplier FA report. Track return of FA samples.
4. Issue and review SCAR, provide feedback during GYAT on actions taken with suppliers. Coordinate with internal team
for component evaluation, verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
5. Compile focus supplier DPPM performance report.
6. Preparation and monthly/weekly meeting with focus suppliers, review quality data and improvement actions.
7. Conducts supplier audit and First Article Inspection Report approval.
Job Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering
2. 5 years of quality management experience in Contract Manufacturing of PCB & Box Build Assemblies
3. Experience in managing quality personal and quality controls implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement
4. Must possess the urge to strive for excellence
5. Strong Oral/Written and interpersonal communication and leadership skills is required
6. Excellent computer skills in MS office and able to work on odd hours (when required)
