Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for value-added services.
Solution Development & Coordination
Work closely with technical teams to develop customized IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
Understand client business objectives and align solutions to support digital transformation goals.
Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and partners to enhance solution offerings.
Market & Business Development
Keep abreast of IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Contribute to business development strategies, marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in
Information Technology, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields
.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in
IT account management / solution sales
.
Proven track record in selling IT solutions such as
cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services
.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with vendors and IT ecosystems (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
