Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues.
Assist employees with IT-related inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.
2. System & Network Administration
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and IT peripherals.
Assist in managing user accounts, email setup, password resets, and access permissions.
Monitor network performance and report issues to the IT Manager.
3. IT Asset Management
Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and software.
Coordinate repair, replacement, or upgrade of IT hardware when necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all IT assets.
4. Security & Compliance
Assist in implementing IT security policies, including antivirus updates, patch management, and data protection measures.
Support periodic system backups and recovery procedures.
Follow company IT standards and ensure compliance with internal policies.
5. Project & System Support
Support IT-related projects such as system upgrades, new software deployment, and infrastructure enhancements.
Communicate project progress, issues, and timelines to the IT Manager.
Provide training or basic guidance to staff on new systems or tools where required.

RM 2,800 to RM 3,000
