Job Description
Job Scope
Ensure Smooth Functioning and running the entire IT at Company. Provide technical support to employees regarding technical issue such as troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issue. Organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc. Assist in problem resolving and work closely on further IT development and planning. IT helpdesk / IT administrator. Manage Microsoft 365.
Requirement
At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline. 2-3 years working experience. Familiar with network equipment, desktop support and system administration. Well-organised and able to multitask. Able to work physically in our Subang Jaya, Selangor (no remote work). Prefer candidates who can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,100.00 per month
