Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responds to telephone calls, chat, email, and personnel requests for technical support including troubleshooting, and investigating defects in a pleasant, professional manner \xc2\xb7 Providing a high level of service to customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and resolution times \xc2\xb7 Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues \xc2\xb7 Deployment of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations \xc2\xb7 Compiling documentation related support calls, resolutions, and follow-ups with users to ensure an acceptable solution has been reached \xc2\xb7 Conduct application training for internal & external users\xe2\x80\x99 other duties as assigned by the Application Support Manager \xc2\xb7 High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others Requirements: \xc2\xb7 May require an associate Diploma/Degree in a related area. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply \xc2\xb7 Experience in troubleshooting in IT is advantage \xc2\xb7 Good Customer Service Skills \xc2\xb7 Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field \xc2\xb7 Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. \xc2\xb7 Works under immediate supervision. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team \xc2\xb7 Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work \xc2\xb7 Willing to have short term relocation for training purpose \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English and Bahasa Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
