Duties:

Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves server infrastructure alerts.
Follows knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.
Works successfully with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
Supervises the resolution of all issues.
Works with tier 3 teams and other service providers to build, bring up and resolve support issues.
Coordinates remotely with local site contacts to troubleshoot and resolve circuit issues.
Accelerate critical issues appropriately to support teams.
Completes project related tasks as designated by the team\'s Shift Supervisor.

A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or studying in one of those fields.
Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as infrastructure architecture, VMware, Veeam, and/or new technologies for monitoring system infrastructure
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to detail operations procedures.
Proven verbal communications skills, including professional customer service skills and optimally deal with hardware and software vendors when troubleshooting problems.
