It Manager / It Assistant Manager

Job Description
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangors:
- Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams, such as application development and cybersecurity, to ensure infrastructure supports emerging technologies and business needs.
- Manage daily operational and project-related tasks within the IT infrastructure team.
- Handle internal and external communications, serving as the primary escalation point for business-related issues.
- Assist in managing relationships with external organizations and suppliers.
- This role is only for Malaysian only.
- Possess a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience, focusing on network and server administration, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
- Proven experience leading an IT operations management team.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with customers, subordinates, peers, and senior management.
