The Plot Thickens:

  • Manage and maintain Hoffman regional infrastructure including Microsoft Intune, router, Wi-Fi, VPN, remote supporting tool, DNS, web hosting, etc.
  • Design, plan, and implement of hardware or software upgrade to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate and liaise with vendors for IT services such as Internet, Telephony, hardware warranty, secure equipment disposal in regional offices.
  • Maintain regional inventory and asset configuration documents.
  • Develop scripts to control and configure all laptops to ensure compliance.
  • Backup other IT functions like Support, Security and App Development.

The Hero\'s Background: Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of regional IT infrastructure operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including cloud services, server and network.
  • Hands-on experience in infrastructure products like Microsoft Azure, Intune, VM, Windows servers, FortiGate firewall and various Wi-Fi Access Points.
  • Experience in remote access and support.
  • Ability to work independently and provide timely report.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in providing end user support.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Engage in assisting the Agency\'s growth.
  • Continually strive to understand technology.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • An enterprising and curious mindset.
