Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day work of an IT team.
- Manage the overall IT strategy, operations and infrastructure.
- Lead and manage the IT team responsible for providing support and services to the entire group.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and integrity.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software platforms.
- Planning and managing the IT budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs.
- To carry out any other ad-hoc assignments given by management from time-to-time.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5years of working experience in the IT field.
- Proven experience as an IT manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and 24/7 standby.
