Job Description
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangors:
- Ensures a comprehensive approach to developing solutions
- Manages deployments either regionally or globally as required
- Maintains and enhances in-depth knowledge of the Digital Infrastructure & Operations product and service portfolio
- Establishes and nurtures productive relationships with key IT personnel and business stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Delivers training on deployed products and services to local IT teams
- Ensures strict adherence to Change Management and CAB processes during deployments
- Utilizes ITIL, OKR, SCRUM, and quality management methodologies, ensuring compliance with Digital processes
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or infrastructure roles
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management
- Knowledge of ITIL, OKR, SCRUM methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
