Minimum Diploma (fresh grad) or SPM with 3 years relevant working experience.
Preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
Language required : Bahasa, English & Mandarin (familiar with Tzuyin keyboard).
Responsibilities
To be a part of a team of service desk agent which acts as the first point of contact for users for all IT Incidents and Service Request.
To handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work.
