Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide operations and maintenance support for overseas business systems Monitor, maintain, and optimize application systems Resolve end-to-end system and data issues related to sales or business operations Handle daily IT support tickets and incident management Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors Support continuous improvement of system stability and performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience in IT operations, application support, or system maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
Technical background in enterprise systems Experience supporting overseas or global business systems
The Package:
