Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers, and related IT equipment.
Assist in software installation, updates, and user account setup.
Ensure proper data backup and basic network security practices are maintained.
Liaise with external vendors or IT service providers when necessary.
Administrative Support:
Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks accurately.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondences.
Assist in coordination of office operations, meetings, and company activities.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science
, or any related field.
Basic knowledge in
hardware/software troubleshooting
and
network setup
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, multitasking, and able to work independently.
