Job Description

Location: Bukit Jalil, KL
Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
Install and configure IT devices' hardware, software, with arranging network. Provide IT technical support & handle all IT related matters in our ASEAN company. Respond in a timely manner to handle issues and requests. Address cyber-security issue. Implement & manage RPA, AI, or BI tool and Manage Excel VBA & Power BI. Investigate the root cause of the accident and make improvements IT device Supplier Management. Estimate ,Order, Acceptance about all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network etc). Monitor IT vendors' implementation work and managing the schedule. Negotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service. Setting any IT devices in each ASEAN country's site such as store, office, etc.
Requirements:
Business Level English Language proficiency More than 2 years in IT industry or BPO industry for IT. Knowledge in CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred Graduated from IT-related department Able to travel outside Malaysia Able to work outside business hour.
Experienced in Programing for VBA/JAVA/HTML and SQL

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
