Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform on-site deployment, hardware installation, and system configuration for ICT projects.
2. Execute and inspect structured cabling and low-voltage systems.
3. Provide basic desktop support, including operating systems, office software, and peripheral device setup.
4. Maintain and configure smart devices.
5. Support project management with resource coordination, timeline tracking, and risk identification.
6. Assist with technical documentation and solution proposals for tenders or client submissions.
7. Deliver user training and perform technical handovers to clients, ensuring service quality and satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with structured cabling standards and installation.
4. Familiar with desktop support, including Windows/Linux system installation and configuration of printers and scanners.
5. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Added Advantage:
1. Familiarity with telecommunications technologies or smart devices.
2. Hands-on experience in ICT, low voltage, or smart systems project implementation.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,747.82 per month
