JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability in Technical Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Skills
Fair knowledge in Active Directory, Windows 7 & above, Server Operating System
Knowledgeable in Networking Concepts; TCP/IP, Network Security & LAN/WAN Technologies
Knowledge and experience in handling ALL or One of below would be added advantage: (Window Server Family/ SQL/ ERP/ Adobe illustrator & Adobe Photoshop)
Good Communication skills
Good English Speaking & Writing skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide IT Support to End Users
Perform Analysis and Diagnosis to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by Customers (Infra, computers, servers, security, backup, etc.)
Handle escalation and communication with Customers with courteous manner Create & Update Technical Cases on daily basis
Assist Team Leader/ Manager in Handling Customer requirements/ issues Develop Plan for Disaster Recovery and System Availability
