Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
• Problem solving skill in window OS, dekstop, laptop, printer, modem & router, server, network, wifi etc.
• With at least 2 years working experience in IT support field.
• Willing to travel to outstation.
• Can be well communicated in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.

• To perform fist level of end user support, IT hardware/software setup and troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environment.
• To assist and support business ERP system to ensure smooth operation.
• To support operational requirements and maintenance of the whole IT infrastructure including computer hardware, CCTV, phone, server, printing machine, router etc to ensure smooth operation in HQ and branches.
• To accurately keep inventory and labelling of computer hardware, software, licensing etc.
• To monitor operations such as hardware & license usage, backup, and generate monthly usage report to manager
