Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users and will be responsible for maintaining the organization\'s IT systems, hardware, and software. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage user accounts and access permissions \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure system and data security, backups, and disaster recovery \xe2\x80\xa2 Document and maintain IT procedures, policies, and inventory \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to provide effective IT solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT support Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with mobile device management (e.g., AirWatch, Intune, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
