• Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 year of working experience in IT support onsite and remote.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• To troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems associated with the networking devices & system maintenance.
• Resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware, systems, networks and software.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
