Provide technical support to end-users and respond to IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security. Monitor system performance and apply updates or patches as needed. Train employees on IT equipment and software use. Keep records of IT issues, solutions, and system updates. Assist the IT team in deploying and upgrading systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, and basic networking. Skilled in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or Wix) is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
